Terms Of Enrolment For Power Project Academy (“Agreement”)

Note to client: Power Project Academy strives to provide the greatest possible experience for all our clients and the following agreement outlines some parameters and terms that will help ensure this is the case for you.

To fully experience and gain the most benefit from the Program, you agree to the following:

Section 1. Program Guidelines, Payment Terms

Program: Power Project Academy (“Program”)
Program Price: Stated in about section https://www.skool.com/power-project-3660/about

You hereby authorise Power Project Academy to collect the monthly payment as outlined above with the second payment due 1 month following the official start date

Payments are due in full on the due date
If payment fails, the client must remedy this situation and provide a valid form of payment business days or access may be frozen

As we are providing you with full access to very confidential and proprietary information. There is a mutual commitment that we will work together to help to reach your weight loss goals.

Section 2. Participation Terms

We are committed to providing all Program participants with a positive experience.

Thus, Power Project Academy may, at its sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based or digital if you:

(a) Become disruptive or difficult to work with

(b) Fail to follow the program guidelines

Section 3. Non-Solicitation

You agree with and for the benefit of Power Project Academy that, during the Program and for a period of one (1) year after separation from the Program (whether such separation results from early termination or successful completion), you will not (except with the prior written consent of Power Project Academy), directly or indirectly, either as an individual or as a partner or joint venture or as an employee, sales representative, principal, consultant, agent, shareholder, officer or director, for any person, firm, association, organization syndicate, company or corporation, or in any other manner whatsoever, contact, solicit, or attempt to solicit any of the persons, clients, employees, companies or institutions with whom you had dealings through the Program.

(a) For the purpose or intent of competing with Power Project Academy to provide the same or similar services which Power Project Academy is currently providing to any of these individuals or companies

(b) To sell or offer for sale or solicit orders for the sale of any products or services

Note: We do not tolerate blatant pitching or soliciting.

Section 4. Confidential Information

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants.

We respect your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, “Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Power Project Academy. Thus, you agree:

(a) Not to infringe upon any Program participant’s or Power Project Academy’ copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights

(b) That any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of Power Project Academy is confidential and proprietary, and any such Confidential Information belongs solely and exclusively to the party who discloses such information

(c) Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions

(d) That all materials and information provided to you by the Power Project Academy are confidential and proprietary intellectual property which belongs solely and exclusively to the Power Project Academy, and may only be used by you as authorised in writing by the Power Project Academy

(e) Reproduction, distribution, or sale of these materials by anyone but the Power Project Academy is strictly prohibited

(f) That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of the sections contained in this paragraph or referenced in this Agreement, the Power Project Academy and/or other Program participants will be entitled to injunctive relief against you for any such violations

A breach of any of the promises or agreements contained herein will result in irreparable and continuing damage to the Power Project Academy for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and the Power Project Academy shall be entitled to injunctive relief and/or a decree for specific performance, and such other relief as may be proper (including monetary damages if appropriate). While you are free to discuss your individual results from this Program or any other Power Project Academy program or training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.

Section 5. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

You agree that your participation is subject to the Power Project Academy’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (as found on the websites below) and that you agree to adhere to all terms as outlined on this website. While we do not anticipate making frequent edits, the Power Project Academy reserves the right to make modifications to these policies at its sole discretion and without notifying Program participants.

Section 6. Program Content

(a) Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, advice or counseling tailored to any specific business or industry

(b) Content is centered around

- - Identifying your niche and sculpting your online program
  - Launching your marketing campaigns & nurturing prospects
  - Creating your client acquisition funnel
  - Enrolling clients over the phone/online
  - Growing your audience & following

(c) All materials, procedures, policies, standards, manuals, teaching aids, and other similar tools that have been, or will be, made available by the Power Project Academy or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this training Program only

(d) Program content is for individual use only, and may not be sold, tape-recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of the Power Project Academy, or its designated agent

(e) The information contained in Program material is strictly for educational purposes

(f) Success with this Program is largely driven by your willingness to take action as recommended by Power Project Academy, as it relates to the content of the Program

(g) If you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas, concepts, teachings, etc. contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions and furthermore, you agree that your success with the Program is dependent on your willingness to follow the steps outlined by Power Project Academy

(h) Power Project Academy assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any Program materials

(i) In addition to gaining access to the Program curriculum, as a Program client you will have the opportunity to utilize the following as long as your Program membership is in good standing:

- - Client only membership site
  - Clients support
  - Client materials & training

Section 7. Right to Use Name & Likeness

(a) You hereby consent to the use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium, including but not limited to television, radio, print media and the internet, among others, for any purpose, including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research

(b) Your consent is granted to the Power Project Academy and extends to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundary

Section 8. Terms of Sale & Guarantee

We stand by our methods and thus guarantee that you follow all the steps we give you in the classroom section and you don’t results within the first 28 days – you can request a full refund.

Please see the below requirements of our action-based guarantee:

Participation

- - Attend at least one live Q&A session per week out of the three available
  - Complete the actions in the community “Pinned Posts” & “Start Here” module in the first 5 days of joining the program

Outreach Commitment

- - Begin implementing the Fundamentals module within the first 7 days.
  - Maintain consistent with exercise, improved nutrition and watching monthly live recordings
  - Watch all the complete 4 part webinar series

Conditions

If you would like to request a refund you must provide evidence of increasing metrics suich as step count, tracking body measurements and weight.

Failure to provide this evidence will render the guarantee null and void.

In the event you meet the conditions of this agreement and have seen no results in the first 28 days, you are entitled to a 100% refund upon your request.

Opting for a refund under either scenario will result in termination of access to the program and community in the future.

If you choose not to take the refund option, you will continue inside the program.

By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.

Section 9. Scope & Limitations Of Our Program

(a) You hereby agree that you have fully consented that the Program is not a done-for-you or one-on-one program.

(b) You agree that you are paying for an online course (the Program core curriculum) and access to the module content and masterclass through our live monthly classes.

(c) Power Project Academy offices are open from 10 am to 7 pm GMT Monday to Friday. Our offices are closed during the weekends and for UK Bank Holidays.

Note: Although the Program does not include done-for-you services, the Power Project Academy team cares about the success of every client. The Power Project Academy team strives to underpromise and overdeliver in everything we do. Therefore we regularly provide opportunities for individual support and feedback during monthly live calls.
